Last working day before a long weekend and my dental crown came off after eating a soft candy at work lol My usual dental clinic was fully booked, and other clinics I called didn’t take walk-ins. I found this clinic across the road from my workplace and called to ask. The receptionist, Monika, was incredibly nice and helpful, they kindly fitted me in, I think it was during their lunch time. The dentist was very gentle and professional. He re-cemented my crown with no pain and gave me very helpful advice for next steps. Really grateful for the experience. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome, I was seen on the same day I called to make an appointment and issues that had been bothering me for some time and I thought would involve costly treatment were fixed at the first appointment for a reasonable fee. I have never had such an incredible dentist experience. Excellent communication, quickly set up and booked in as a new client, I wasn’t forced to overspend and was given the right treatment, great dentist and hygienist. Felt comfortable and safe during the experience as someone who’s scared of the dentist. Had dental pain and was booked in immediately. Will be going back for as long as I’m in Auckland. Thanks guys
